Pemilihan Ketua HMTI
Periode 2018-2019 memiliki tiga kandidat yaitu Teguh Rahmadani Putra, Rizal
Maulana Sani, dan Melati Puspa Rini. Sebelum mahasiswa melakukan pemilihan,
adanya dialog terbuka antara mahasiswa dengan para kandidat. Disini mahasiswa
dapat menanyakan seputar visi misi dan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang jawabannya
ingin didengar berdasarkan pandangan masing-masing kandidat jika terpilih
sebagai Ketua HMTI berikutnya.
Berakhirnya dialog
terbuka, menandakan mahasiswa sudah dapat menyalurkan suaranya. Kandidat nomor
urut 2 yaitu Rizal Maulana Sani terpilih sebagai Ketua Himpunan Periode
2018-2019, 8 suara lebih unggul dibandingkan nomor urut 1 yaitu Teguh Rahmadani
Putra. Sementara kandidat nomor urut 3 yaitu Melati Puspa Rini memiliki suara
dengan selisih yang jauh. Saat perhitungan, terdapat 14 suara yang dinyatakan
tidak sah.
Semoga dengan
bergantinya kepemimpinan dalam kepengurusan HMTI, menjadikan HMTI lebih baik
dari periode sebelumnya dan selalu mendengar kebutuhan dan membantu menyalurkan
aspirasi mahasiswa TI UNPAS.
